We offer comprehensive UI/UX Design services for Websites, Web Apps, and Mobile Apps, coupled with Branding solutions encompassing logo design. Additionally, our expertise extends to website development using Webflow.
2. Payment and Fees
Our payment options include project-based, milestone-based, hourly, and retainer models. We assure our clients that there are no hidden or additional fees associated with our services.
3. Project Timelines and Deliverables
Project completion timelines typically range as follows:"Standard" Website (design and development): Approximately 4 - 5 weeks.
"Standard" Website Design: Approximately 2 weeks.
However, each project's timeline is tailored to its unique scope and client specifications.
We adopt a structured delivery process, offering distinct deliverables at various stages, including kickoff, research, ideation, testing, design, and implementation phases. Partial deliveries can be arranged based on mutual agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to furnish agreed-upon materials and promptly approve work within a realistic timeframe of 7 days unless mutually agreed otherwise. Effective communication and timely collaboration play a vital role in ensuring project efficiency and success.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon the final receipt of payment in our bank account, the client gains complete ownership of Intellectual Property Rights. Until this point, Studio Bardach retains all rights, and any use of the website without our explicit permission is prohibited.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
Our international team operates under stringent Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and upholds strict confidentiality measures. Projects are exclusively shared with relevant team members. By engaging with us, both parties agree to a non-disclosure arrangement ensuring data confidentiality and privacy.
7. Portfolio Usage
Permission will be sought from the client if we intend to use their work for our portfolio or promotional activities.
9. Jurisdiction
All legal matters arising from this contract shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Vienna, Austria.
10. Updates and Modifications
In the event of legal amendments, the nearest existing paragraph will be employed. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be made based on written agreements between both parties.
